Returning your purchase
All returns are accepted either in-store or must be received at our warehouse. Please note that up to 10% of your order, within 30 days, will be considered for waiver of re-stocking charges. All items that do not fall within those parameters will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Please note, all accessories, trims and underlayments are considered FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
Receiving a refund
Please ensure that you bring the same payment card that you used to pay for your order to receive a refund on. In the scenario where your original payment method was Cash, it will be at the managers discretion to decide method of payment of refund.
